I am a neuro diverse woman who has suffered greatly with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation and trauma but using Compassionate Inquiry therapy I have learnt to lean into my feelings, instead of pushing them away. Starting each session with a grounding and breathing exercise make the appointment flow in ease and positively. Kellie's non-judgemental approach makes you feel welcome, heard, accepted, supported and her compassionated listening allows her to provide a scenario/example linked to your situation where you'll understand yourself and feel understood all together. I came into therapy for help with a very specific problem. I had many preconceived notions about therapy, so I constantly came in with my guard up and gave pushback. Despite this, Kellie was patient and able to make me feel safe enough to open up.
