Awaken and align your chakras with this one on one crystal healing. Allow the crystals to cleanse your body of any stagnant energies and be replaced with positive energy from the universe. Approx 1 hour ensure you are dressed comfortably.
Distance Reiki Healing with meditation
Reiki energy channeled directly to a persons ethereal body. A recorded guided meditation (by myself) will also be sent out to client to use during the distance healing to keep for future use.
Reiki Healing
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
