What do you love most about your job?
I have the privilege of working with some fantastic people and businesses. There’s a real sense of satisfaction in knowing that the work I do has a tangible impact. Helping business owners and leaders navigate complexity, make informed decisions, and unlock growth potential is something I find genuinely fulfilling. It’s a privilege to be part of their journey and to contribute to their success. Over time, I’ve built strong, lasting relationships based on trust, mutual respect, and a shared ambition. Too many years in industry and a burning desire to be my own boss.

Remote support is always an option but I usually prefer face to face where possible. The reality is usually a mixture of both.
