Josh and his team at Wizard Pi designed our logo (Avid Panda) which I couldn't be happier with. Josh in particular really knows his industry and has a reason for every creative edit which inspires a lot of confidence.
For example, he insisted the panda was placed at an angle since every other panda logo is head-on, and he was right, something our previous designer missed.

What makes a great website?
For my client; listening to what they want / providing intuitive industry knowledge & ideas / keeping it easy to use & edit for the business.
For my clients client; easy to navigate around / easy to get both ‘in’ & ‘out’ of the site / intuitive in its layout & build.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Which other sites / brands do you like the look and feel of? Are there any features of any websites / brands you remember and why? How ‘brave’ do you which to be on a scale of 1 to 5 we the design of you brand / website?
Describe your creative process.
We listen, we design, we listen, we refine. Repeat until clients brief is met.
(We will take this opportunity to say we have rarely had to repeat this process more than twice for a single individual / business but we’d be happy to do so if necessary).
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
It all depends on how much they wish to be involved in the design. For those that wish to ‘guide the pencil’ a fully detail brief is ideal, for those that wish to leave us to it a ‘thumbs up’ to go is all we need.
What do you love most about your job?
I get to meet a vast range of people in a vast range of industries and help them along in someway shape or form in moving their business forward and overall I get to design everyday.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My passion is designing and it was the only way I could do it day in day out without the restrictions and limitations.
