What do you love most about your job?
My job is my mission, my vocation and my life purpose. I love that enlightening feeling of happiness when I connect to a client from the first appointment. Each sessions fills me up with enthusiasm and desire to succeed. Truly inspiring!
My job makes me a better human by motivating me to do more, to keep learning, studying and always evolving. Mostly, what I love about my job is the fact that together we challenge the limits of what we know. It nearly feels like magic!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was the general manager of a successful private members' club in London. Coaching was a hobby, something started from the desire to help my team to develop personally and professionally.
I coached individuals to light up their souls, bring back their dreams and make them the best version of themselves. I experienced the coaching journey firstly with myself. My life was extremely hard but I've never stopped dreaming and wishing for more. All the individuals I have helped mentioned how talented I was and they've encouraged me to pursue coaching as a career.
It was the Pandemic that drastically forced me to brave up.
The funny thing was that at that stage I have already had designed my own website and the business core values. By then I also studied marketing and business development strategies. During the lockdown I had the chance to complete a certificate in professional coaching. So there I was, ready to launch my Way Forward business.

Beside my 20 years experience and the ongoing studies, I have designed the Way Forward method for people that need to start all over and are completely lost, confused or stuck.
Beside coaching strategies I apply my experience as a business manager. I top it all up with spiritual practices. Absolutely! We can chat via Zoom, Whatsapp, even by phone as long as we have access to a good connection and a video camera.
For Londoners, I am also happy to meet in person!
