Guy came out and carried out treatment , do see an improvement so far but says there is no guarantee treatment will be successful or not. I didn’t think charge was initially excessive but if it does the job then I’m ok with it More...

The representative from WASPRATS.COM was very quick to come out, but harassment for full payment after the initial call out, negligible communication and no after service despite promising a return visit (included in the price paid) made the whole experience atrocious. Mohammed was punctual, polite and did a thorough inspection before setting the traps. He is to return in a few weeks time to inspect effectiveness of treatment.

Mohammed was prompt, very polite, thorough, and helpful.
Explained the process, inspected the whole house, showing the signs of the problem. Then proceeded to set the bait, he will return in a fortnight to inspect results. Will repost after second visit. More...

Initial they were fast to respond to my job. When Mohammed phoned, I asked what the process was. I was advised they would identify the source of the problem and tell me how to resolve it, and stop further activity occurring. They would do two visits for the price. He arrived the same day, looked in my attic, informed me there was dropping, he would leave food. I asked if he could source the area the mice were gaining access. He didnt respond to my questions. He then advised he would return, his stated timeline was 2 weeks.
Two weeks passed, no contact from him, so I texted him asking when he would return to reassess the situation. To be informed he was on holiday. I left it for a while and he didn't respond until i texted a further two times, to request he finish the job. As he takes the full payment before any treatment is done.

The job was finally completed today.
The second person arrived and informed me he left poison and I would never had them return.

This company is not very professional and very expensive. They only leave poison which in my opinion, anyone could buy from amazon they don't help solve my problems. More...

He was polite arrived at the agreed time , went about his business in a professional and courteous manner .

When Mohammed came at firsthe carried out his work satisfactorily and promised too come back in two weeks time. When the tw weeks were up. He did not arrive. He promised to come the following day. He did not arrive on this occasion I again phoned him and he said he would come the following day. He explained to me that his van had broken down. He did arrive on that day and he inspected the work he had done previously and showed me the remains of the poison foodstuffs which had been consumed by the mice. More...

Very happy with service provided, so far. Didn"t know what was causing the scratching in my loft area. Thought it might be rats or maybe squirrel. However, after some investigation I was in-formed by Mohammed that I had mice. So poison has been put

Mohammed arrived on time and immediately set about ascertaining if I did indeed have an issue with rodent activity in my home. Once this was established , he set about treating the areas in my home that needed target ting . I will see Mohammed again in a fortnight when he returns to check the state of play . I had no other means of dealing with the problem and it was late at night. Muhammad visited within 15mins and sorted the problem and will return in two weeks for no further payment

Excellent and quick direct service such a relief to have help with this mouse problem .

The pest control man came on the agreed time and dealt with my wasp issue in an efficient manner.

Gentleman called and responded quickly to the call out .

They came out very quickly, the price was good and they got rid of the wasps nest in no time. Very pleased with Muhammad.

Had a bees nest inside a wall beside my front door.
He arrived at the agreed time and dealt with the problem qickly and efficiently

Very efficient. Job completed within the time frame agreed.

Made enquiry on Sunday night and he was with us early Monday morning. Dealt with wasp nest and advised us to stay away for 24 hours. After that time wasps nest was dead and problem sorted. Would use again. Not cheap but very efficient. More...
