Byron Holt was introduced to me earlier this year, as someone who could block manage the Millwright Building whose many problems had overwhelmed the previous managing agent.
Byron immediately set to sorting the buildings myriad issues and within weeks the building was turned around and heading back towards respectability.
Additionally Byron regained the support of the very many dissenting leaseholders, and harmony has returned.
Byron is multi skilled which is essential especially in a mixed use building such as Millwright.
