I commissioned Val to draw me a sketch portrait of one of my wedding photos as it was a gift for my husband for our 1yr anniversary. It was time sensitive too as I needed it done quickly. Val was so accommodating in terms of what I wanted as well as reasonable in terms of cost - especially for something that's so personal and handrawn - he was easy to communicate with and had it ready super quick.He sent me regular updates and I asked for a few changes /tweaks and again he was so easygoing and accommodated with my requests with no hassle. It was delivered with no issues, in time and my husband loved the final drawing, as did I :) He was so surprised and it was such a lovely anniversary present especially considering how personal it is and what a beautiful keepsake! I wear masks and gloves during all interactions and while working in clients' homes. I also ensure social distancing is maintained and limit the number of workers on-site. Additionally, I thoroughly clean and disinfect all tools and surfaces before and after each project. These changes help create a safe and secure environment for my clients.
