Excellent service!!!!! My partner and I recently bought a house together and we were looking for a local flooring supplier to purchase a herringbone LVT system to run throughout our downstairs . We called Kyle at Urban Houzz and he was very happy to help us choose the right flooring for our downstairs. We chose the Moduleo LayRed system after looking at the samples that he brought round to us and ordered it there and then (63 square metres). This was my first experience laying this flooring and was pleasantly surprised that Kyle was willing to help with not only how to lay the system but also he helped us with the areas of our floor that were not level. He is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced in what he does and I wish we had opted for fitting because it is very technical stuff and he made it look easy (it isn’t). That being said, he couldn’t do enough to help and advise because he wanted to make sure the floor was perfect as much as we did. The prices were very reasonable compared to some online shops and his extra support was invaluable and saved us a lot of time in the long run. We really appreciate the support and advice and won’t be going anywhere else for flooring in future because we know the service will be spot on (got a load of carpets upstairs that will need replacing soon).
