Brenden and his son James and their team of guys have done a great job. Very quiet and efficient for what they had to do. They came and went no bother, at times we weren't sure how many were on site at once
.
I'm very happy with the work done so far and would get them back again no problem.

Really delighted with end results, had a few challenges along the way - weather being one, had to redesign what was being done with roof, everything worked out well for us. Would definitely recommend - and have given details to several friends and family. Will use again. More...

A very positive experience all in all, I was kept informed of progress at all stages and the standard of work from the builders was exceptional. They also worked to a tight deadline to ensure I had a working bathroom asap. Special thanks to Dolan and Dylan for a job well done! Would thoroughly recommend. More...

Turley's did a two storey extension associated ground works to our semi-detached house. They themselves, and the contractors they engaged, were extremely professional, very capable offering support and suggestions and got the job done, despite some setbacks. The cost was reasonable and compared favorably with all the other quotes we received and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Indeed I'd happily give someone a tour of our 'new' home and answer any questions! More...

I would steer clear of this company. The workmanship is decidedly second rate in my opinion. It started badly, with them removing the slips from a large widow that was coming out. They then turned their back on it, walked away and the window came crashing down, shattering all over my back garden. They made no attempt to seal off the work area. I had to seal off doors myself to minimise dust getting through to rest of house. They made little attempt to clear site each evening. I removed wheel barrows worth of rubble out of the house after they left for the day on a number of occassions. They made no effort to protect new patio doors and window, or anything else for that matter. I'll have to spend a good few hours trying to get them to look new again. When they broke stuff, they would simply remove the evidence and say nothing. Turn your back and they'll be using your vacuum cleaner to suck up cement dust and plaster, or using your plant pot holders to mix mortar in. I had to lend them tools, everything from Stanley knives and tin snips to hand saws and chop saws. They fitted the wrong RSJs which had to be replaced. They failed to fit insulation around new window and patio doors and then tried to refuse to put it right, even though he'd assured building control he would the day before. They even told me building control was my problem, not theirs. I had to get building control on the phone and threaten to throw him off the job before he relented. IMO Their idea of 'making good' is more a case of 'that'll do'. As far as I am concerned they are unprofessional, and more interested in your cash than their workmanship. More...

This client must be having one off his bad days because we have a signed letter from him to say that our works were finished to a satisfactory standard. during the works he stood on top off my men all day which made them all uneasy a very difficult client. however i understand that he is suffering from a debilitating illness and that might explain the mood swings.
How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
A garage conversion can add value to your property as well as additional living space to your home. I would take a look at what to consider when converting your garage.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
At five meters long by two and a half meters wide, the internal space of most garages is longer and thinner than most rooms in anyone's house. To achieve a more homely shape, consider using stud or block walling to convert the garage into two rooms, typically a toilet, shower or storeroom.
Consider also how you plan to use the rooms, and either make some drawings yourself or get some made.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
If you are lacking bedrooms and bathrooms, then a loft conversion can be the perfect way to bring your home into proportion. Most are used for an extra bedroom or two with en suite bathroom . Other popular uses include as a teenage den, cinema room or home office. If your home has amazing views, you could consider moving some of the living spaces up into the new loft to take advantage of the stunning views.
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
Firstly you will need to consider the layout of your completed loft conversion long before you start work. This means deciding where you will position pieces of furniture, the bathroom and any built-in storage.
If you plan on installing a bathroom you will need to take into account the ceiling height in the space and prioritise pieces – namely the shower and hand basin – that cannot compromise on headroom.
