Working with Triada Building Ltd , was a pleasure, from the initial meeting to discuss the project , [the renovation of a brick structure into a garden office], through to completion, their service was professional and workmanlike.
The quotation and contract clearly defined expectation , and the associated payment plan reflected actual work completed. The team arrived on the designated date at the agreed time and progressed the works steadily tidying up the site at the end of each day, and the works were completed as planned with the site cleared. Throughout the project Ibrahim kept me updated.

Put my job request out on Team Bark. Met Ibrahim and his Father, we are so glad we ended up picking them to do the work with their team.
Top quality from start to finish and always communicating with you (and answering ALL the questions). Very transparent with their pricing everything itemised down to the penny. The Team were so respectful, clean and tidy and very hard working. if you want any upgrades they were always happy to comply and couldn't be more helpful regarding any snagging. I know I didn't make it easy, but my out house looks amazing with my vision and there hard work and determination they absolutely smashed it.
This was an exceptionally stress free build. Delivered on time with no hidden costs and kept informed throughout. Lovely people to deal with so would highly recommend Triada Building a professional company. The bar quality is excellent. Ibrahim was professional and personable throughout the entire process - from help choosing the right product, ordering to delivery. I would highly recommend the company, Ibrahim and his team. If I could give more than 5 stars I would I will definitely pass this company on to friends and family. Also happy to show my out house to anyone interested in building one in there garden.

Triada Building were very good to work with. They came and built a concrete base in my garden, for my CrossFit and Powerlifting home gym. They talked me through the costs and plan for the project, arrived when expected and even used a better grade of concrete to make sure the finish was better than expected. I couldn't ask for more. We Hired Triada to complete our Loft Conversion project as we wanted to add more space to our house. From the initial call all the way to the final day the loft conversion was completed I have to say they were extremly patient, proffesional, consistent and most all the project was completed within budged and on time. How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
As a general rule, 2.2m from floor to ceiling at its highest point is the threshold for undertaking a loft conversion. If your loft does not meet this requirement, it's highly unlikely you'll be able to raise your pitch roof, since councils very rarely grant permission to do that.
