Rob did the drawings for our extension and extensive changes to the house.
In brief, Rob is a nice and competent guy who listen to requirements and works with the customer's interest in mind.

He was punctual, attentive, understood clearly what we needed and produced the necessary designs and paper work for application to the council accurately, quickly and efficiently.
The first draft needed very few changes, demonstrating Rob's attention to detail. Rob organised the additional calculation work, he ensured we had an engineer who could do the necessary calculations with a fair cost.The council did not require anything additional and the planning was granted without any complications.
He also was available promptly, and whenever necessary, for questions during the construction phase.

We worked with Rob over a number of months. First he helped us to consider the practicalities of various ideas we had on how we could create more space and improve our house. He drew up comprehensive plans, making revisions along the way as our ideas developed and submitted the planning applications for us. This was really helpful as we hadn't done this before. When we then decided to go ahead with part of the plans he revised the drawings for us, drew up all of the specification for building regulations etc. It has been reassuring to have his guidance and we look forward to inviting him back to see the finished space. He quoted a fair price which included the initial floor plan survey and much of the admin work involved in the planning application which made it a much more pleasant process.
