Taleb recently completed flooring and door installation for me. His work was exceptional, surpassing ‎the standard I've experienced with other professionals. What truly sets Taleb apart is not the great ‎price for his workmanship, but, his dedication, which goes beyond the typical scope of duty.‎
For example, when I requested a slightly wider door, Taleb didn't just settle for the standard option. He ‎personally sourced the specific door I wanted, using his time, no extra cost! He also took the initiative ‎to purchase a door handle. However, upon inspecting the mechanism, he identified a potential ‎weakness. He took the extra time to find a more robust and reliable replacement, ensuring the job was ‎completed to the highest standard, and for a long term satisfaction.‎
Taleb was committed to adhering to the agreed schedule. Unlike many tradespeople who frustratingly ‎extend projects by days or even weeks, he worked diligently to stay on track. He also noticed that ‎some 1990s-era fire doors had been incorrectly installed on wardrobes in my property(!), while ‎standard doors were used on living room and bedroom. He voluntarily asked for my permission to ‎swap the doors, rectifying the issue at no extra charge. This level of care and attention to detail is truly ‎remarkable and demonstrates a level of commitment as if he were working on his own home.‎
