When I was enquiring to find a photographer to cover my daughter’s wedding, I had approached many (8) established professionals in the field.
Got quotes from all of them. Each had a different approach. Some just asked for location date and duration, whilst some asked a bit more details. Santosh Benjamin of Timeless Studio had a completely different approach. He sought an appointment to come to my house, then discussed even minute details of the event and understood the complete scope properly and then bid for the work. The quote was extremely competitive as well.
Time factor committed to deliver the photographs & video was also a major differentiator. Whilst his competitors required upwards of 4-6months for the photographs & video to be processed & album given, Santhosh committed to deliver initial set of photographs in a few days including highlights video & trailer & complete full delivery within a few weeks.
On the day of the event the professionalism shown by Santhosh & team was brilliant and the cheer they brought to the function was appreciated by all.
The quality of the photographs and videos are exemplary.

Where do I even begin, what can I say to share how amazing this photographer is. Santosh was punctual, arriving in plenty of time, even lent a helping hand when we least expected it (that crochet hook certainly came in useful!
) Santosh made us all feel so relaxed, we had fun and importantly for us, he did not take us away from our guests for long periods of time. We got to enjoy our day just how we had asked, Santosh felt part of the family and we were privileged to have him capture our special day. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
ake people aware of the new processes you have put in place to reopen your business, like social distancing, hand sanitiser or any necessary PPE. Tell customers about the risk assessment you have carried out to be COVID-19 secure, as this reassures them you're following all the government guidance
