This person is waste of time. Promised to visit but never visited and no communication or apology or an effort to set it right.

Not professional one single bit.
He didn’t turn up to my house until 10.30 / 11am when we agreed early morning he would leave my front door open all day (I have a 3 year old and it’s very cold this time of year) he also didn’t have a flash light or something he asked me for my decorative corner lamp which is now scratched damaged and covered in adhesive. My front driveway was covered in loads of broken tiles, rubbish and loads of cigarette ends that he would chuck outside. With all of this… my bathroom still isn’t finished as he did not turn up when promised, he always said he was coming next morning but I would always get a message few hours later after was meant to be here saying he his running late etc etc etc… excuses after excuse with this man. He was a very nice man at the beginning but i would not recommend him to anyone and would say avoid! More...

Avoid this contractor!!
I hired him to do my bathroom, there was issue after issue….
He would drop off a guy called Adrian around 10am and leave him with hardly any tools, the timing was shocking so I asked them to re do it which they did and again it was still awful, I was at the point of just wanting my bathroom done, so just told them to get it finished.
I told him on the Monday I need it done by Friday as we have my daughters birthday, Friday comes and still not finished so he said he would come on Saturday and finish.
I got a message early Saturday and he said he cannot come.
My wife said to me to get some one else, so we found someone the same day and they came and inspected.
Basically the whole bathroom as been stripped out as all the waste as been done incorrectly.
Not only have I paid him money, I have had to buy more tiles etc.

Refurbished shower room. Mr Ola is very efficient, humble and hardworking. He took time to do a very neat job despite difficulty of getting appropriate shower door that fit the shower. His charge is very reasonable.

Thurrock Developments has done several projects for me, there were all of the highest quality. I would highly recommend.

Thurrock Developments have done two jobs for me this year (2023):
1. boarded the entire floor in my loft and made the loft entrance wider and added a proper loft ladder
2. Replaced the shower door in my ensuite

On both occasions, I found them to be professional and thorough in their approach and implementation of the work they carried out. I had ideas of what I wanted but they suggested alternative options which ended up better than how I had envisaged things.
