What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is helping people create real, lasting change in their lives. Seeing clients shift their thinking patterns, gain self-awareness, and develop practical strategies to manage anxiety, depression, or other challenges is incredibly rewarding. It’s empowering to watch someone move from feeling stuck to gaining a sense of control and hope. I love being a part of that process, and CBT gives me the tools to do it in a structured, evidence-based way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own practice because I wanted the freedom to shape the therapeutic experience in a way that truly aligns with my values. I wanted to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely supported, without the constraints of a larger system. Running my own business allows me to personalize care, maintain ethical flexibility, and focus on quality over quantity. It’s also been incredibly fulfilling to grow something of my own that’s rooted in helping others heal and thrive.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients choose to work with me because I bring over 10 years of experience delivering therapy, offering a compassionate, non-judgmental space combined with a practical, results-focused approach. I specialize in helping people understand and shift the patterns that hold them back, using evidence-based tools tailored to their unique needs. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, low mood, or major life changes, I’m here to support you with empathy, honesty, and proven strategies that lead to real, lasting change.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, I offer remote therapy sessions via secure video calls, so you can access support from the comfort of your own home. Whether you're near or far, online CBT is just as effective, and I work to ensure you feel heard, supported, and connected throughout the process.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To ensure client safety during and after the pandemic, I offer fully remote therapy sessions via secure video platforms, eliminating the need for in-person contact. For any clients who prefer face-to-face sessions in the future, I also follow strict hygiene protocols, including regular sanitizing, ventilation, and social distancing as needed. Your well-being is my top priority, both mentally and physically.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
What is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy? Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) focuses on helping you understand how your thoughts affect the way you feel and act. And in turn, how your behaviour affects your thoughts and feelings. In this therapeutic approach, the client and the therapist work together to change any unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours.
How does CBT work? CBT is a highly structured, goal-orientated approach to therapy, and it tends to focus on current difficulties and can help explore the historical origins of them.

Managing Mental Health & Long Term Conditions
I have specialist training in supporting individuals with health-related mental health difficulties, and I’m particularly passionate about women’s health. I have extensive experience working with clients living with conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, fibromyalgia, and long COVID. I deeply value the mind-body connection and take a holistic approach to care. With a Master’s in Health Psychology, I bring both clinical expertise and genuine empathy to help clients navigate the emotional and psychological challenges that often accompany long-term health conditions
CBT has a very wide evidence base and is one of the most popular therapeutic approaches and is an effective intervention and often helpful for managing physical health conditions alongside physical symptoms which don’t have a medical diagnosis.
Life Coaching
I combine therapy and life coaching to offer a safe, supportive space where you can feel truly heard. Together, we’ll work to overcome the challenges you’re facing, build your confidence and self-esteem, and equip you with practical tools to help you move forward and achieve your goals.
