What I love most about my job is helping people create real, lasting change in their lives. To ensure client safety during and after the pandemic, I offer fully remote therapy sessions via secure video platforms, eliminating the need for in-person contact. For any clients who prefer face-to-face sessions in the future, I also follow strict hygiene protocols, including regular sanitizing, ventilation, and social distancing as needed. Your well-being is my top priority, both mentally and physically.

What is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy? Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) focuses on helping you understand how your thoughts affect the way you feel and act. And in turn, how your behaviour affects your thoughts and feelings. In this therapeutic approach, the client and the therapist work together to change any unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours.

How does CBT work? CBT is a highly structured, goal-orientated approach to therapy, and it tends to focus on current difficulties and can help explore the historical origins of them.

I have specialist training in supporting individuals with health-related mental health difficulties, and I’m particularly passionate about women’s health. I have extensive experience working with clients living with conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, fibromyalgia, and long COVID. I deeply value the mind-body connection and take a holistic approach to care. With a Master’s in Health Psychology, I bring both clinical expertise and genuine empathy to help clients navigate the emotional and psychological challenges that often accompany long-term health conditions
