Justin started coaching me at the start of 2022 and i wouldn’t be where I am now without him. In the space of 18 months Justin has helped me with so much and I have learned so much about nutrition, race strategy and so much more. I had no triathlon experience or anything when he started coaching me and with his help I’ve done 1 half Ironman, several Olympic and sprints and an upcoming Ironman and much more to come for sure! Triathlon Coaching

I decided to look for a duathlon coach after entering the castle Howard duathlon. I was an experienced runner but the cycling was new to me and I felt I needed some structure with my bike rides. Around the time that I was looking for a duathlon coach I developed an injury with my Achilles’ tendon which put me out of running completely. Justin then contacted me and because I was still able to cycle I decided to sign up. Justin has been my coach for just over 4 months now and during this time my cycling has improved dramatically, I am now back running 4times a week with no pain and I am back to doing sub 20 5k’s again. His programming has been excellent, he listens to your goals and makes adaptions to the programming if needed. The communication is excellent and he gives loads of advice/suggestions to get the most out of your training. I would highly recommend him. More...

Justin is a great coach, he has coached me for the last year and has helped me achieve my target of going under 5hr30 for the 70. 3 distance. Really approachable, responsive and knowledgeable. He is always willing to give advice/pointers/feedback on workouts but also listens and adjusts the training plan where necessary to focus on weaknesses or avoid fatigue etc. Highly recommend him! Justin was great from start to finish I used him to train for an Ironman and I only had 6 months to do it I went from pretty much doing nothing to completing an Ironman all thanks to Justin’s program he has a great knowledge of what he does I would highly recommended him to anyone wanting to improve their fitness and smash their goals. I used to programme and coach soldier athletes for a full time job but I rarely got the 1-2-1 programming and coaching that I can achieve in my own time.

If they are interested in smashing PB times, staying injury free, peaking their performance, using the same science and programming that the pros do, Its a no brainer.

Most of my athletes are online. We always keep in great communication and often share video analysis to make sure technique is safe and effective. As well as meeting uo for training weekends and camps.

Most is online so it’s perfectly safe and Covid free.
