Served delicious, soft, slightly sweet, hot rolls for the table along with a generous scoop of real butter. Arrived to hear soft bluegrass music on an outside speaker system, so I was off to a good start. Found the same bluegrass music playing overhead inside, getting better! The first thing I noticed was a smoky, effervescent odor which certainly fit the location and decor. Place was generally empty, so that was a slight concern, but that soon subsided. Seated myself at the bar and ordered a drink that was perfect. Food wise, the salad bar was on point and fresh. I'm not a ribs guy, but I wanted something different, so I ordered up a half rack. We used Synergy to refit our shower room and they did an excellent job, so when we wanted our garage converted to a room we wanted the advice of someone local and who we could trust, so we ask Sam. We were extremely pleased to find out that Synergy could also do this sort of work as well. The conversion was done in less than two weeks and we are very happy with the end result. Synergy took great care when matching the outside rendering to the point where you would never know there used to be a garage there. The job meet with all the building regs and was signed off straightaway by the councils building control dept.
