Initially she was cautious about having carers visit her home but as the team have built a great rapport with her she now looks forward to their visits. House Cleaning
A team of 3 turned up on time very well mannered. They began work immediately and were very thorough, windows were cleaned inside and out, my fridge freezer was cleaned inside and out , I’ve never seen my one bedroom bungalow so clean I will definitely be using them again. How long have you been in business?
We are getting into the second year of our business. We are a young business but full of passion.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, we bring our PPE, aprons, gloves, masks, visors etc.
For cleaning we have our vacuum cleaners, mops, steam mops and cleaning products.
What do you love most about your job?
We get satisfaction from making our clients happy and making their lives easier. Our care clients are often poorly and we want to improve their wellbeing and quality of life.
The majority of our cleaning clients have busy and professional lives, we help them stay on top of things and clean those hard to reach areas.
We genuinely love animals, so adding pet care to our business was essential. The fur babies are valued members of the family and we are here to support them too!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having spent nearly 20 years in banking and finance, I wanted to do something more meaningful. Our clients give me so much joy, some of our clients can be a bit isolated and lonely, we can be there to check in on them to ensure they are safe and cheered up.

We are passionate about our work. We are very fortunate to have great staff who genuinely care about our clients and love what they do.

We have adequate PPE supplies to protect both our staff and clients from Covid-19.
Live-In Care
We have fantastic Live-In carers ready to work with you and your loved ones. Live-In carers provide round the clock support for you and your loved ones. Our Live-in care prices start from just £1,300 per week for an individual person, or £1,500 per week for a couple. You will receive a clear price for the cost of live-in care following a free assessment of care needs from our local care management team.
Private Home Care
At SureCare Stoke-On-Trent we believe that everyone is entitled to high quality care. We can tailor bespoke care packages that are designed to meet our clients' needs. Our pricing is simple and transparent starting at £25.00 for 30 minutes, £30.00 for 45 minutes and £32.50 per hour for private care in the comfort of your own home.
