We are so pleased with the cleaning of our large room size rug- tbh - I think this was a tough one & we weren’t even sure if it could be successfully cleaned. We were resigned to having to replace it; However when we saw how much a replacement would be - we looked at Supreme Clean Norfolks reviews & on recommendation thought it had to be worth a try. We are so pleased with how well our rug came up and the thorough professional cleaning service we received. Wow, my sofas got cleaned by Andrew and the difference is insane!! They were very dirty and now they look new again! He had some wash leftover and offered to do my carpet with it which i thought was very lovely! I’ve contacted Andrew for an end of tenancy carpet cleaning, and even though we didn’t meet personally due to my moving date he made it very easy to arrange the cleaning, quick to reply to my messages and queries, and provided photos afterwards! Amazingly helpful company - came on short notice (which I was very lucky to get as was booked up!) and fixed a seaweed plant food spillage and a dog wee. Cleaned the whole carpet rather than just the patches that I originally I asked for. They were incredibly courteous and pleasant, and the service was really high standard. My room now smells amazing and was done quickly but efficient, with no cut corners. Can’t fault - highly recommend :) More...

Great job done today!
9am turned up and straight away on it. What a great job he's done. The difference in the carpets throughout the house is exceptional!
The house I must say smells fantastic too.
Oh yeh and sofa is like new!
