What do you love most about your job?
I love the sense of achievement gained by helping our clients to generate leads that convert into business. We have a wonderful non pressurised environment and a fun atmosphere and I work with some really lovely people...each day is a blessing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Truthfully it wasn't really a choice, I was a single mum of 2 boys, I'd left my job and didn't want to work in London and miss them growing up. So I felt the best thing I could do, that would give me the quality of life was to run my own business (little did I know how hard it would be) but its been well worth it and I love the freedom it gives me now.

Our services are delivered remotely. We send activity reports so you know what we have achieved for you and what you need to do to get the best out of the lead.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Customers are always welcome to come and visit us but we tend to opt for video meetings to keep everyone safe. Our team regularly take Covid tests

We call prospects you have identified you want to work with. We engage them in a two way conversation about them establishing ' where they're at' . We identify if they have a need for your product or service and if they have we either book an face to face appointment, video appointment or telephone call. Some clients are also happy with quotes. What constitutes as a lead ( criteria) is agreed with you during the brief taking
Service calls
This service is ideal for companies who need to re-engage with clients or warmish prospects. It works well for prospects who are either lapsed, old, regularly contacted or lost quotes.
We re-engage with the prospect and re-establish if they have a need or want for the service or product you offer and if they have we arrange either an appointment, a phone call, a quote or an order. These calls are charged per meaningful conversation with the decision maker.

Some clients have huge databases that they need 'working' and keeping in constant contact with. This service enables you build a sturdy foundation and demonstrates exceptional customer service, by default it also uncovers leads and opportunities
