Stephanie became the cleaner for my dad as I live 300 miles away ,I needed someone trustworthy and what can I say. Stephanie is amazing ,not only did she leave my dad's spotless every week she has also helped us out when my dad. moved in with me . I asked Stephanie to look after my two cockerpoos in my home and she was amazing with my dogs, she took to them very well and she gave them plenty of walks and made sure they were well looked after. Would highly recommend.

Due to my circumstances my property hasn’t been cleaned for some time. Stephanie came to the bungalow the Sunday before her work day to discuss the details.
It was agreed that she came every other Tuesday at a rate of £20.00 per hour. She came last week and worked for 3 hours. The bathroom was very bad but after her cleaning floors windows etc. It looked superb. She also dusted and vacuumed in a number of rooms.

How long have you been in business?
3 years I’ve been working as a carer / cleaner but this is my time over the past 6 months wanting to make a go of this on my own but still work along side my company.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
I will bring my own equipment if this is something people would prefer but happy to use there products also.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people, I always go that extra mile, I know people don’t like putting people out of there way but that’s what I’m here for is to support anyone for anything that is required and this is a rewarding thing for me is to make people happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve always been up and down regarding this but as the living Crisis has risen everything is so expensive, so I’ve made my charges alot more affordable but getting a 110% services out of this and to also support people that need the support but can’t afford the private agencies.
Why should our clients choose you?
Honest, reliable, go that extra mile, have a lady that will take over from me when I am on holiday if you need too. Very trustworthy and can also provide references of people and have a DBS.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Ppe shoe covers, apron, gloves, would wear a mask if the customers feels more comfortable if not then this is a bonus.
Care assistant
I’m a certified care assistant, this is very rewarding for me as I go above and beyond to make sure customers have 100% care that’s needed for example;
personal care, checking for any skin integrity, what’s in your best interests, support in dressing, hair washing, shaving all these types of things.
shopping, pick ups for anything, days out. Also to give families a break if they need one.
Cleaner/ housekeeper
I’ve a massive obsession when cleaning I find this very satisfying and I also feel that it’s healthy to be in an environment that is clean due to when coronavirus came about. Also for the families that have a full time job and haven’t got the time, also it’s all about trust. This is one of my most important things, very reliable and honest and genuine person I just like to go that extra mile when helping other people.
Hairdresser
I am a qualified hairdresser, I don’t mind helping the ones that are vulnerable and aren’t able to go to the salon, or there families live far away and aren’t able to take them when they come down.
It’s much more safer and easier for people to have their hair done at home specially for the elderly or even for Children that aren’t a big fan.
Personal hygiene
I care for a gentleman every morning and also personal care, where he has a shower once a week and a bed bath every evening.
Also look for any open sores or bruising or dry areas and will either report to family or assist to the area and keep updates about the wound/bruising daily.
