They were very professional and reliable

Jason was the fitter on our b&q bathroom install.
No issues with his work, the bathroom was completed to the highest quality and his ideas made the bathroom even better, explained what was going on every step of the way, any issues we had (2) no fault of his was sorted straight away
Shower tray was not correct due to pipe work under the floor - correct one was found
Sink was not the correct size (b&q) correct one was found and picked up.
Clean tidy trustworthy and reliable worker.
The team Jason had as well for other bits are also fantastic.

Would 100% recommend and will have him complete our kitchen when we get round to it. More...

I would not let this tossed near a dolls house. We went to B&Q to supply us with a bathroom renovation,we picked all the fittings & tiles for the bathroom, the total price should have been around £7,800 and it would have taken 7 to 10 days to complete Jason was there for 2 months he did not do what we planned he also asked for money to pay for wages to mcover him until he got paid by B&Q. This turned out to be total bullshite we brought this up with B&Q management and Jason had told them it was for extra work , total liar my bathroom size was 3.4 mtrs x 2 mtrs he charged me for work I already paid for he charged me for work that was part of the contract he took £4,000 of me altogether when I complained to B&Q Jason the manager said £1.700 was for materials and £2.300 was for labour. This man is a complete con artist backed up by B&Q management one day I will get justice. More...

Jason fitted a bathroom towards the end of 2023. He sourced the bath/ taps/ sink/ toilet himself which all showed exceptional quality and he also supplied and fitted an extractor fan , flooring and bath panel. There were some unexpected issues as he worked away (with remaining tiling etc ) , but he was able to offer reasonable solutions to deal with.

Jason and his team have just finished our new kitchen installation and we couldn't be happier !!!

His work is of an excellent standard and the kitchen looks fantastic, Jason and his great team are polite, friendly and always punctual.

We had a few delays on the job ( none caused by Jason !) and he offered valuable help and advice on how to solve them and he even did a couple of small, extra jobs free of charge.
All he asks is a plentiful supply of Bovril ( beef) drinks !!

Jason and his team have just completed my kitchen today. I couldn't be happier with how it has turned out. I smile to myself every time I go in it.

I had visited some well known kitchen retailers for quotes and was not happy with their service and how they didn't really seem to listen to what I wanted. Jason contacted me via Bark and came out to see me.

He offered great advice on the kitchen and listened to everything I wanted. In the end I got Jason to source the kitchen and all appliances and he got everything exactly as I asked. I took his advise where offered and have to admit it, he was right :-).

He took what was a picture in my mind and built it for me all the time with a great sense of humour and always seeking feedback on what he had done.

He came across some issues with my floor and resolved the issues quickly despite my panic that my house maybe falling apart.

He really does listen to what you want and as per the name got the kitchen "Spot On".

The team that work with him are great and all work together to get the job done.

Strangely, despite the disruption and noise inevitably caused by fitting a new kitchen, we will miss Jason and the team.

Really professional and experienced. Extra work required when kitchen stripped which was discussed with us in detail and reasonably priced. Quick and thorough workers, but no cutting corners. Jason took on a difficult job remodelling my kitchen from my old existing units and a second-hand kitchen I had bought online and adapted well to unforeseen issues that arose during the dry fit (the previous owners had a gas pipe running illegally under the unit). He was punctual, courteous, polite, and tidy (which is rare for a tradesman) and consistently went the extra mile to make sure the kitchen was finished to a high standard. Spot on Kitchens did a re-modelling of my bathroom & after a few issues Jason & Ceejay achieved a satisfying finish.
Jason has very good ideas on what he hopes to achieve & the materials to use but changed the wall tiles without notice & positioned the toilet in the wrong place in our absence.
However the tiles remained & I am now used to them & the toilet was re-sited in the position of my choosing after discussion & I am happy with how it looks now & after adding our own finishing touches to the bathroom.
As a person of senior years I found the level of clearing up left to me & my partner abit excessive but this is an easy matter that could be addressed & would be better for future clients.
Jason & Ceejay are very friendly & do aim to please & Ceejay is reliable & very conscientious in all work he undertakes & has a good work ethic for such a young man.
Overall the work undertaken by them is very nice but the pricing was alot more than the original quote given for the kitchen & the bathroom combined. This was largely due to unforseen issues in both areas that had arisen during the work load undertaken as I understand it that had increased the pricing significantly.
This was not explained to me when agreeing on the job to be done & with the work force having started the work we felt obliged to carry on with it. I think it would have helped me had I known the job could be several thousand pounds more than the original quote as that in itself became another problem to overcome....

Spot on kitchens re-modelled my old kitchen & dining room into a kitchen diner. Jason Mizzi & his work force which included a gas fitter, electrician, plasterer, floor tiler, painter & labourer were all very friendly & hard working.
Due to the extensive work needed to achieve this goal several unknown problems were revealed that needed to be addressed along the way. Unfortunately this meant added cost to my original quote which was unforseen & I hadn't taken into account when agreeing to the work to be carried out & it raised a financial problem for me personally.
Their were challenges along the way due to Covid but Jason was able to achieve a really good finish to my new kitchen diner & I am really very pleased with the end result. The last finishing touches & detail to certain elements of the re-fit made the end result all the more pleasing.
Special mention goes to his son Ceejay who is a gifted worker in several areas for such a young man & the praise given is more than justified.
I would have given five stars but for the fact cleaning up after work done on a daily basis was abit poor & I feel that is something that could be addressed quite easily.

I hired Spot on kitchens to help redesign the layout of my already derelict kitchen which contained old appliances, old flooring, poor lighting and ventilation. They did a fantastic job in helping to chose the perfect colour combinations, the works were done to an outstanding level without any stress associated. This company made refurbishment of kitchen in my house. Unfortunately I have to say it was not success. Kitchen is nice, BUT - Jason is very rude person who doesn't have customer communication and his attitude it's very bad. Hi did not listen to us and did what he wanted. I would ignore this, if the kitchen would be spotless and perfect with reasonable price, but the kitchen was definitely overpriced and far from spot on (from original budget 16grand we ended 21grand). Never tells you any prices of anythinh or show any bills, always saying about antything who he does this is is not included in budget and charge you more and more. He pushed us to pay everything in cash saying he doesn't want to pay tax on it. He damaged staircase wall and walls and ceiling in porch. On the last day when everything should be done, he said he is to tired and tried to get last payment saying he will come back next week to finish it. We refuse it so he has to finish it. But he get very angry that we not agreed with his idea. He painted damaged porcheband staircase wall, but not properly and I had to do myself again. At the same day he left saying job was is done, couple hours we found out, we can't fully open dishwasher - that was 13th April - we contacted him as soon as we found out, he promissed he will come next week. Until 30th May, we contacted him many times - get answer I promise next week. Last couple messages he just ignored and not bothered to reply. So on 30th May my brother in law came and fix it. Took him 30 minutes to do that! When looked at our kitchen he found another issues - leaking sink, badly installed electrical socket which was dangerous, missing sillicon between tiles and kitchen unit, who in the wall, sharp side of screw jut out of top kitchen unit, so we could injure ourselfs when wiping dust door of one kitchen unit not leveled at same hight. So overall overpriced and sloppy job. Of course I have all pictures as proof. I never would recommend him to anyone. It was very stressful time and fr the price not worthy.
