I paid £475/month for them to manage my 3 social media accounts. My account manager was helpful but they couldn't get the vibe of my niche, they posted banal, boring, cliche phrases which wasn't too successful amongst my old skool truck driver community. Their posts didn't follow my day to day activities as a truck driver, which is basically my main characteristics on my social media. Sometimes I had a feeling that they generated the posts and newsletters with AI. I ended my contract with them after 3 months but they still took my money off my account for the 4th month. When I realized I emailed Simon. Week after week they pushed my emails around between them but I haven't received my money back. After 2 months I sent them an official letter to demand my money back and after that they haven't responded to my enquiry at all. I rang up my bank and explained the situation and asked them to reverse the payment of £475 which they luckily did. I don't recommend Social Buzzing. More...
