Barty and his team were fantastic from start to finish. VERY professional even down to the fine (important) details. Cannot recommend Simply Group enough. They went over & above for us to create a lovely downstairs bathroom to such a high quality. This involved ripping out a wall rebuilding it & doubling the size of the downstairs toilet to create a bathroom. Barty knew exactly what we wanted & ensured it was done, lovely man very helpful & a pleasure to work with. The team were efficient tidy & worked really hard to achieve amazing results. Great experience of Simply Group. Work we had done required removing tiles flooring of walk in shower, making good the rotten floorboards and replace with new shower tray and flooring. Had quite a few plumbers come out and not be prepared to take on job as either a)too difficult or b) not a full bathroom re-furb. Barty came out, have great appraisal of situation and different options to resolve. He was personable, honest and inspired trust. We went ahead with the work, the two lads who came to do the job, Josh and Kieran, were very efficient, polite and tidy, a pleasure to have in the house. I had my bathroom done back in October 2020 and they did a great job, I started having issued with my floor dipping in the middle after a year and a half buy thought nothing of it, then at the beginning of 2023 I noticed my units had started to part and the floor had cracked and dipped lots so I messaged this group and I wa stole there was nothing they could do as there is only 1 year warranty. My floor is completely ruined now to the point I have to have it all ripped up and hope that the ceiling under neath isn't going to fall through. The whole problem was there was nothing under the flooring to level it. I am really not happy and hope other people don't have the same issue as me as its putting me out of pocket now and it's only been 2 and a half years. Simply group should extend their warranty 1 year is ridiculous for a bathroom. More...

I have recently had a new bathroom refit by young Barty , he worked like a trooper and was finished within a week. What a transformation to my en-suite, from meeting barty for the first time, I felt very comfortable in the planning and pricing, down to earth guy and knows what he's talking about, when they come to fit the cladding, it was very quick process, the guy didn't even stop and have a break and when he finished, just wow complete difference, definitely recommend these guys, Thankyou

I believe the true reflection of a good company is based upon how you are treated when things aren't right, or when problems occur. I've purposely held off leaving a review expecting minor issues (not because I'm a pessimist but because I'm in a trade and understand how things work). I can honestly say Barty is one of the most genuine blokes I have met and fully appreciate him and the lads going the extra mile to keep me happy. I've seen first hand when issues arise, nothing was a problem and everything was centred around keeping me happy. We love our new bathroom, it has been completely transformed. We had a outdated bathroom. Barty was helpful when he gave us a free quote and Stacey helped us with our order. Erin and Josh worked hard and completly renovated it and it feels very luxurious!! Erin was very accommodating and tweaked the design to suit our child's needs. He has a disability and requires special equipment and the lads created much more room for him. They were very friendly and removed all of the rubbish. Really pleased with the job! More...
