Damp proofing, any windows or doors put in . Block up old garage door access.Floor installation,1st fix Stud walling, electrics , plumbing. Plaster board. Plaster , 2nd fix. Decorating

Over 25 years .I started when I was 17 I'm now 43 .I did a 5 year apprenticeship 2 years general building and 3 years advanced carpentry and joinery

1 year on everything.Thats on my workmanship. Not accidentally damage etc
