I currently am a carer for my mum. i do this all by myself with no support from any of my family. This means that I'm always stressed and I hardly sleep I did a meditation with Sarah and for the first time in a long time I felt relieved and my stress level dropped and had the best night sleep I had in a very long time.

I was inspired to start my own business because of my deep passion for helping others and the realization that creativity and art have the power to transform lives. Over the years, I’ve witnessed how people can heal, gain self-awareness, and build resilience through creative processes, mindfulness, and coaching. I wanted to create a space where I could offer personalized support, combining my love for art and mindfulness and coaching to help individuals reach their full potential.

Starting my own business allowed me the freedom to integrate different healing modalities, like Art ,and mindfulness, to meet the unique needs of each person. I wanted to be able to empower people on a deeper level, provide a safe and trusting environment, and give them the tools and resources to create lasting change in their lives. This desire to offer holistic and tailored care was the driving force behind my decision to launch my practice.
