About

I have been working as a coach and trainer for 5 years, and I am passionate about helping my clients develop and reach their personal goals.

I started out as a semi-professional sprinter, and it was this understanding of the body and the work ethic and motivation it required that led me to train first as a personal trainer, and then as a rehab specialist.

Q&As

I believe communication and constant testing is the only way to know how the process is going.

Communication, being able to talk openly about how they feel towards certain exercises, commitments etc help us both understand what is realistic and achievable.

Testing, to know how far/much a client should be pushed to prevent overtraining, undertraining, injury, as well as progressive overloading to ensure adaptation.

Consistency, discipline and hard work. The good thing about training with me would be that we will have fun throughout the journey.

Making a big impact in peoples lives by helping them achieve things they didn't know was possible. The fact I love anatomy, coaching and teaching. It sometimes feels wrong to charge for my services as I enjoy my job so much!

I used to be a semi-professional sprinter whiles working full time in management. I would often get injured I would wish I knew how to rehab myself.
I was lucky to be invited to the Strength & Conditioning course whiles getting treatment from Chiropractors. Due to the Chiros being impressed with my knowledge, they offered me a job and training to go into rehabilitation after I graduated. The rest is history.

I am a highly motivated person who is passionate about coaching and training. I’m very friendly, professional, patient and understanding towards my clients. I have a great positive attitude and I have always done extra to deliver great customer service and to help achieve their personal goals. I’m always continually improving my knowledge to keep to the most modern practices in training. I’m very attentive towards supervising my clients, to ensure a safe and engaging environment as believe safety of the client must always come first.
I have managed my own business working alongside health clinics and gyms creating a professional and respected practice. I use modern techniques to assess injury risks, including FMS (functional movement screen) and Neuro-kinetic Therapy with close guidance from chiropractors.
I have proficient technical skill in lifting, sprinting and primal movements. I used to be a semi-professional sprinter. I reached county/ regional standard and have implemented my work ethics and understanding of the body towards the training of my clients.
I’m also able to use my understanding to resolve personal problems like certain inhibitors or dysfunctional movement which can affect the clients’ ability to do certain exercises.
I have experience in retail management. This helped me develop my leadership skills and customer service.

I do provide online services and I do remote visits within a 10 mile radius. I mostly do Rehabilitaion remotely as I have a portable bench and often clients struggle to move from there homes. Online session mostly involve body weight exercises with no equipment and minimal space.

I take a Covid test every week as I train vulnerable clients. Marks and gloves can be worn on request. Basic protocols such as washing hands and equipment after use.
