What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To keep my customers safe from Covid-19, I have transitioned to fully remote operations. All meetings and consultations can be conducted virtually, and digital contracts and invoicing have been implemented to minimize physical contact. Additionally, I adhere to strict hygiene protocols when handling any physical materials and ensure that all collaborative efforts are conducted in a safe and responsible manner.
