Ross knows his stuff, I would happily recommend him and his team for any friends needing a bathroom. The whole project was completed on time and my home left clean and tidy. Having all stages completed by the same team made the experience so streamlined, I had absolutely nothing to manage. The bathroom itself feels like a spa/hotel, every tiny little detail has been thought through to the highest standard placing everything so the bathroom is so easy to use. I also have no natural light, so even the colour of lighting was thought through to make it so bright and airy. Ross kept me up to date, making sure everything was as I like it, but also gave a supportive professional opinion whenever I couldn’t decide about the finer details. I had high hopes after discussing the bathroom when it was measured up, but they have absolutely surpassed all expectations and was a great experience.
