Been training with Rock Hard for 3+ years and have had significant success with my weight loss. Have always found the course thoroughly enjoyable as well as physically demanding. He tailored my PT programme to my needs (functional fitness and endurance) and since I had very little equipment at home, he adapted the exercised based on what was available. It is a balance trying to fit in work and exercise. PT with RHB at home fits my circumstances. John has managed the sessions so I remain in my comfort zone but has gradually stretched my ability. We have addressed cardio, strength and nutrition and I am making progress in all areas and can see and feel the improvement.
I definitely recommend working with John. He is flexible with sessions if need to postpone and the payment regime is great.
First time I have had regular exercise which is no sweat....well no stress.

I started to use R.H.B to get my fitness up more for my karate training. Not only has my overall fitness improved but i really enjoy the physical challenge every week! Having your personal trainer come to the house makes extra exercise so much easier.
I would highly recommend Rock Hard Bodies to both beginners and the more experienced.

I really love the first time my client starts to realise that their dreams are becoming a reality. The first time they finish a set of an exercise they never managed to finish before. The smile spreading across their face when they see their hard work has been reflected in their results on measurement day. It's a great feeling.

I struggled with health issues for many years and the one thing that really gave me back some quality of life was exercise. Fitness instructors and personal trainers have given me more than doctors ever have. I wanted to do the same for others.

I am an inclusive trainer with personal experience of neurodivergence, chronic illness and disability. I know how hard it is to balance career and family commitments, health challenges, and all the other things that fill our lives because I'm doing it too.

I can provide online personal training sessions using your own equipment, or I can provide face-to-face mobile Personal Training at your home or place of work in the local area.

Frequent Covid testing for me. Regular cleaning and sanitising of equipment. I also have a strict rule against training anyone who appears visibly unwell when they arrive for their session.

Weekly Karate class at the WI Hall in East Farleigh.
The first class is free. Subsequent classes are £9 per person. Mixed class for ages 8 and up.

One-to-one Karate training sessions.

My PT clients' missed and expired training sessions are allocated to a pool so that I can offer heavily subsidised Personal Training to those that wouldn't otherwise be able to afford it. This is a limited resource, subject to availability.
