Great friendly guy . Richard quoted promptly and worked around my time schedule. I wasn’t there for gate fitting. Unfortunately when I saw the gate a few weeks later I was disappointed how flimsy and thin it was. The latch was bent due to being of poor quality and was probably damaged due to there being nothing put in place to stop the gate swinging through, out the other side. Disappointed. More...

This gate was build to a good standard and out of good quality materials, unfortunately this “airb&b” is in a extremely windy location and would have not been left on its latch correctly and alowed to swing freely

How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Most garages are suitable for a conversion, we offten do ensuite bathrooms, studies, or a added room with ensuite extension.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Site set up and keeping a clean tidey safe site is key. Once everything is removed you can look at floor structures and insulation followed by erecting walls adding doors or windows. Once the electrics and plumbing are installed you can move onto the boarding out plastering and finally painting and decorating depending on the type of garage conversion you are looking for this description is for a very basic conversion
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
There are a few different types of conversions available first being boarded out for storage. Most lofts are suitable for this, others are a little bit more technical depending on the truss arrangement. New trusses can be i stalled to creat a larger area giving you the maximum space you can get.

Depending on the type of conversation preparation is key. Making sure the truss joists are strengthened using additional timbers.
