Really impressed with the level of detail provided and service received from the team. From enquiry they responded quickly and answered my questions and swiftly arranged to complete a level 3 survey. We were supplied with a surveyor last month while in the process of purchasing a property and I'm glad we did. River crest provided us with a competitive price for the level of survey and had a date for the following week. I came across their services while looking for surveyors to help me make an informed decision before purchasing my very first property. I instructed them to work on the survey on a friday and I had a full report from them by Thursday the week after. First Time Buyer - Level 3 Survey I contracted River Crest Surveyors for a Level 3 survey on a property I am in the process of buying. Upon contacting them initially, I was put through Nitin who is the company's director and he was really helpful in explaining the description of this survey as well as clarifying any questions I had. Within a week, Aruna Daby who was the assigned surveyor conducted the survey on the property. After the completion of the survey, we spoke for an hour discussing the high level details of her findings. Within a week, a comprehensive report was issued. They provided detailed explanations of the findings which were easy to understand and apply to my situation.
