Why should our clients choose you?
Our services are customised to every individual through a personal care plan, and are provided by highly trained CAreGivers who are the best in the business.
Our clients receive the full amount of time that they pay for, as we travel in our own time, meaning visits are never rushed.
We have a professional dress code, but do not wear a uniform as we recognise that some of our clients prefer a discreet service when we accompany them out and about in the local community.
We are quick to react, vigilant in our duty of care and always aim to raise a smile.
As a national franchise, over the past decade, we have:
-Supported over 12,500 Clients and their families, across the UK
-Delivered over 10.2 million hours of care
-Won a total of 56 awards for our hard work
-Achieved 100% compliance with the Care Inspectorate Wales
-Been recognised by the CQC as 'outstanding' in more than 30% of our offices
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
At Right at Home, safety has always been and will always be, our number one priority.
Our CareGivers have been doing a fantastic job keeping our Clients safe and supported at home during the pandemic, and continue to do so.
Our CareGivers have everything they need to keep both themselves and their Clients as safe as possible. This PPE includes gloves, aprons, surgical masks, face shields (where appropriate) and enhanced PPE (where necessary). Our CareGivers are also supplied with a clinically tested and certified disinfectant solution to clean their face shields in between care visits.
In addition, our CareGivers test twice weekly, regardless of whether or not they are displaying symptoms of COVID-19. Taking such measures will significantly reduce the chance of you coming into contact with a CareGiver who could be COVID-19 positive, even if they are not showing symptoms.
We will continue to follow official guidance from Public Health England/Public Health Wales and we are in close contact with the United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA). Following this guidance enables us to continue delivering the much needed care and support that so many in our local communities rely on to stay safe and independent at home.
