A garage is usually suitable if it’s structurally sound, has no major damp issues and has enough head height for a habitable room. We check foundations, walls, roof, drainage and access to ensure it meets building regulations.

A garage conversion typically involves: survey and design, structural checks, building regs approval, insulation, new floor, stud walls, electrics and plumbing, windows/doors, plastering and final decoration. We manage every stage start to finish.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
A loft is usually suitable if there is at least 2.2m of head height, strong existing structure, and enough space for a staircase. We assess roof pitch, joists, access, and any planning or structural requirements before confirming suitability.

The loft conversion process includes initial survey and design, structural calculations, installing RSJs and new floor joists, dormer or roof adjustments, insulation, electrics/plumbing, windows, plastering and all finishing work. We handle every step safely and professionally.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my business because I saw too many customers being let down by unreliable builders who cut corners or never finished the job. I wanted to offer an honest, dependable service. After working for someone who made clients wait over two months for steels that I can get in 1–2 weeks, I knew I could do things properly and deliver the standard people deserve.
