Relative Cool completed our wedding reception, it would not have been the same without them! They performed our first dance and the father-daughter dance within their set, it was so special to have them performed live and we had so many comments from guests about how great they were. They were a last minute booking for us, due to unforeseen circumstances but I fully believe everything happens for a reason! Communication with the band beforehand was professional and prompt, they arrived at the venue to set up and were all very friendly and happy, the music variation was perfect for an event where there are such vast age differences, they even had my grumpy uncle up dancing! t’s clear to see the passion from every band member, the talent here is amazing! Party band live sets plus DJ service
We’re a 5-piece function band playing an eclectic, floor-filling mix of classic and contemporary pop, funk, disco, soul and motown covers bringing plenty of fun, high-energy, party vibes, guaranteed to get your guests out of their seats and on to the dancefloor!
Our quote covers absolutely everything needed for the event, with no hidden extras:
• 120 mins of live music eg. 2 x 60 mins or 3 x 40 mins live band sets.
• Playlist DJ service when we’re not playing – we will work with you to make sure the playlist is to your tastes or you can play your own playlist through our PA system.
• PAT certified sound equipment and lighting.
• Public Liability Insurance up to £10m (your venue may insist on this).
• Use of our PA system and microphones for evening speeches.
• 6pm arrival time to setup for evening events, with the live performance between 8pm – midnight but we can be flexible. If arrival before 6pm required or Live performances or Playlist DJ required beyond midnight, this may incur an additional charge.
• Travel to and from the venue and any overnight accommodation costs.
• Virtual meeting to discuss your requirements for the evening, such as songs you would like from our vast catalogue so that we can provide exactly what you want on the night.
Of course, if you would rather leave that up to us then that’s fine too; our sets have been crafted over many, many live performances so we’re confident we can keep the crowd entertained.
Pro DJ Service (Add-on)
Pro DJ service where our DJ can take requests, mix tracks and make announcements. Full mixing decks, lighting and PA set up. Can begin from band arrival until the end of the night.
As with our live sets, we'll read the room and ensures the dancefloor is full by playing the type of tunes your crowd are enjoying.
An upgrade from the playlist DJ service provided as standard.
