Just had a new back and front door installed by Craig. Professional service from start to finish, no hard sell, detailed brochures, easy ordering system, all questions answered fully and promptly. On the day Craig arrived promptly, very pleasant guy and excellent craftmanship. Very pleased with the doors and the fitting (even on a cold damp day!). I'm not one of writing reviews but 12 months on I'm so pleased with my windows and doors. My experience with RCH has been brilliant from start to finish. From the sales guy, to the installation team (who you would never have known were here) and finally the after sales/repairs team, their service has been second to none. Everyone at RCH is so friendly and helpful, nothing is to much for this team. I'm so pleased with RCH and definitely recommended them to others. So happy with my beautiful new door. Guys (John and Steve?) turned up sharp and got to work right away. Fitted the door and surrounding finishes quickly and cleaned up any mess before leaving. They were professional and polite, and their banter was all right too! Great job, so pleased. More...

We recently had all of our windows replaced by RCH windows and doors, we live in an older house and had all wooden window frames/finishes. The new pvc windows and finishes are honestly like night and day. The company are very professional to deal with and the fitters we had, Barry and his team, were great. The finish on the windows is perfect and the team left the house tidy. As we have an older house, removing the windows was difficult so there was a bit of damage to the plaster in our kitchen which was filled and patched up for us as well. Initially phoned and spoke to Sharon about what we wanted - Front & Back doors. You are given full price of what your to pay. Then we had someone come out and measure up and confirm what we wanted - you are given paperwork of what you’ve ordered. This includes when you pay which is on day of installation. Then had a phone call to confirm installation date & time. This morning Craig arrived and got to work installing our doors. Had a phone call from Tony taking payment for the doors. Once Craig was finished you pay him his fee. Over all 100% recommend - while experience was fantastic from start to finish. More...

I submitted an enquiry via FB and the response and friendly response was exceptional, Full of friendly information advice, delivery anticipation and cost, all straight forward no pushy BS….which I hate and puts me off. Within a day I knew the door I wanted, the availability, the price and had booked someone out for measuring. The team arrived when he said he would, another very friendly call to say when fitting could happen and again the Installation guys were right on time, friendly and tidy. The initial visit from John to quote us was so straight forward, no pushy sales tactics like we've had with other companies and almost half the cost of another quote we had. It only took 2-3 weeks from initial appointment to the products being fitted and everything went smoothly. The fitters did a great job and went above and beyond to leave everything tidy. Cannot fault the company at all, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and our new windows and doors look fantastic. Cannot recommend them highly enough! More...

Firstly we got misled by the sales person that didn’t advise that coloured doors warp with the heat if they don’t have internal reinforcements. . After a couple of visits you left my door without screws in the hinges. . Visiting the property without calling. . 2 arranged appointments to fix the door and no one showed up and not even a phone call to let me know that it’s not going to happen. My experience with this company has been terrible and I really don’t recommend how it has been so unprofessional. More...
