Rino did a great job in laying our laminate flooring down and removing the current one. Unfortunately he was let down by his colleague after the first day which meant he had to do the majority of the job himself, but he didn't let this phase him and did a great job. A rushed job with poor finishing and chipped tiles, some of which I will have to redo. My toilet was also ruined after tile grout was poured down it and which I still haven’t been able to remove. I wouldn’t recommend.

How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
We have to check the existing walls for stability and make sure there aren't any defects
If we are working in sigel wall leaf counstrucs we have to make it waterpoof.
We have to check draining place if we plan to concreting the floor we putting extra pressure on existing drainage place and block them .
And we have to disccuss with Building Surveryor for some other things
