Describe your creative process.
Our creative process is both informed and organic: we work with a customer to ascertain what they are looking for, we research their industry and we also provide our own creative input to achieve great results.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We just need our online quote forms filling in for web and app design, or just an idea of what the client is looking for before we start any graphic design or branding work. If you'd prefer not to fill in online forms, then we can jump on a call at your convenience.
What do you love most about your job?
We love satisfied customers! There is no greater joy than launching a great website or app that our customers love, and that we know will be a big boost for their business. The awards we have won and our five-star rating across the board shows that we get that joy often. We'd love you to become the next in line :-)
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business after realising I had all the skills from my years of experience to create something unique for myself. A great drive is also to build something that will become a true family business, as well as to provide work and jobs for others. I also see the great earning potential of having your own business as a way to have a great giving potential; at least 10% of our profits go to charitable causes.

We provide all of our services remotely. We are able to work via email, What's App, phone or Zoom/Teams etc.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We did not need to make any changes; we are entirely remote and we also encourage people to eat healthy and get lots of exercise.
