Cant describe how straight forward my new bathroom was - I have been putting it off for months and it NEEDED done badly.

Just had our bathroom done and would highly recommend this company. The team were excellent from the initial planning and design stage by Ian to the removal of the old bathroom suite by Duncan. Graham, Lee, Stevie and the electrician (sorry didn't get your name) then completed the installation and we could not be happier.

The entire refit took three days and it looks amazing feels like a five-star hotel. All rubbish was removed, and they left the place very tidy. We felt like we knew the guys as they were very friendly, and we had a good banter with them. Absolutely love our new bathroom, feels like a bit of luxury every morning, can pretend I’m on holiday in a plush hotel since that won’t be happening for real this year! We got both the main bathroom and en-suite done, unfortunately some parts arrived faulty, but Ian provided great customer service and kept us up to date with when replacement parts were due to arrive and coordinated all the trades so things were finished as quickly as possible.
