It’s always a pleasure having Mihail and Olga round to fix our plumbing and bathroom problems. The work is done promptly and to an excellent standard and is real value for money. Also, no job is too small. Recently, we’ve had three irritating problems all now fixed: a blocked kitchen waste-pipe, a persistently flushing WC and a shower-cubicle door that imprisoned the occupant! The experience was excellent from the beginning of the process to the end. Firstly, the quote was clear and explained what was included and what was not. There were challenges with suppliers delivering late but Mihail adapted his plans to ensure that the bathroom was complete in two weeks. He also sent one item back as he felt it was not good quality which I appreciated, as we wanted the best results possible. Mihail and Olga are a great team and they were informative and helpful throughout. We also felt that the cost was a fair price for a high quality finish. Even after they finished we noticed one minor detail and he came the next day to alter it. We are very happy with the results and he gave us our dream bathroom. I would highly recommend! More...
