What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Good practices that were in existence before Covid. We dont need you to meet us in person. We can offer everything online, but we have a lovely small office just south of Winchester. Meet face to face at our offices or yours, or even better a good coffee shop!
Rescue
Pay as you go or project based HR support for one off or irregular needs. Typically employee relations needs;
Grievance, disciplinary, dismissal, redundancy consultation, TUPE Consultations/projects.
£120 per hour - experienced professional support.
Sustain
a retained HR Support offering. Ensuring you are compliant and have access to a professional experienced HR Consultant who knows about your business. Typically 2 plus hours a month. This isn't a call centre offer but direct access to a known Consultant.
From £200 per month. Systems also available.
Nurture
An HR Support product to give you access to an HR Consultant and proactively move the needle forward on your people agenda. Seeking ways to improve your business performance on a regular basis.
Typically 5-6 + hours a month minimum and pricing from £400
Foster
A Full HR Outsourced offer. Covering Recruitment, learning, systems, payroll and HR Partner support.
Price will vary dependant on current inhouse team and needs/expectations for workload.
Management & Leadership Development
We have expertise delivering our own programmes and or being the external training provider for inhouse courses. We service clients from 50 to 4000 staff both in the UK and globally via Teams and in person.

To support individuals progressing in their career, needing additional support to jump to the next level and or to support learnings we may be providing.
