Marian and George were nothing short of exceptional. We undertook adding an en suite bathroom onto our bedroom. Not only did the bathroom need to be created from scratch but 3 radiators moved, doors moved and created (including adding a supporting beam when making a doorway through a supporting wall) and plumping installed through to outside.
The team came in a day ahead of schedule. They worked their butts off working most Saturday's and started the day at 8am.
They also looked after our house with such care. I happened to be pregnant and was induced 3 weeks early so baby wasn’t supposed to overlap with the building but it did and George and Marian were amazing, cracking on whilst we were in hospital. They even bought us the most beautiful gift for our baby.
All in all, wonderful people to work with delivering amazing building quality work. The bathroom looks exquisite!

I am extremely happy with the work carried out by Pro1 Build. I had initially hired them to refurbish the upstairs bathroom in my house (that was in dire need of modernisation) and was quite impressed with their work so I asked them to do the downstairs shower room too. Marian and George were unfailingly professional, polite, tidy and always cleaned after themselves. The tiling and painting was meticulously done, and their suggestions were very helpful. I cannot speak more highly with my experience with working with Pro1 Build . From the initial enquiry through to handover of the renovation of the bathroom. Marian provided some design improvements to my original design which significantly improved the final product. His response to the initial enquiry was rapid , quote was competative and following confirmation of order, he arrived on the due date as promised. strip out was done without fuss, and all material cleared away daily. When delivery did not arrive as planned, this did not cause a drama.
