The initial experience was very thorough, the best outcome for the project was discussed and included, materials, function, fitting. ...informative and helpful gave a complete picture of the expected outcome. The installation process was equally good, the team of installers were pleasant, organised, professional and efficient. They undertook the task with minimum disruption......the installation was completed in one day....there was no mess and they disposed of the old unit that had been removed. The quality of the fitting was excellent....with positive attention given to detail and finishing....the doors operated perfectly and the whole outcome was evaluated before they left. Where a challenge presents (as it did behind the tiles on our dormer) he has the expertise and structural knowledge to problem solve and achieve a perfect outcome, with eyes on quality and the perfect aesthetic. He is excellent with communication throughout the process, keeping me informed from the quote to completion. He has an eye for detail and is keen to deliver the desired finish, checking in regularly throughout the project to ensure the detail is right.
