Excellent work very tidy job very pleasant chap and reasonable priced would well recommend he came same day gave quote started next day putting over300 meters of 6ft fence in with concrete posts &gravel boards . Will definitely hire again.

Paul responded within an hour to my request. site visit later that day. Water Leaks in conservatory style lean to in kitchen area. Very awkward access. Returned two days later to complete the work. Removed and cleaned trim to glazing. lifted Lead to glazing to reseal. Checked all rubber seals to glazing ok. Cleaned down and checked for leaks All ok. Had Paul today to fit 2 doors. Seemed a lovely chap and the first door seemed excellent, fit like a glove. The second door however was trimmed too much, taking around 7mm too much off the top and the hinge side maybe 4mm. Then after he'd left, the hinge on the first door came off the wall! I called, asking him to return and fix this, when he stated he was 30 miles away (his profile says 12.5) and asked if I had a posi drive and that he'd dropped some screws on my garden path an I could just pop them in instead! Not impressed at all, and one door will have to be relocated to one of the kids bedrooms and replaced by a proper carpenter. More...

How bad customer can telba lie when asked to retun on a 30 mile trip for a miner small problem he was quite capable of doing him self and it costing me time and a lot of fuel it was a case of i mist 1 screw on a hinge of a set of 6 doors .

I asked for 2 six foot gates to be replaced and he's put up two 4ft I needed them at 6 ft because I live on my own and wanted a bit better security than the old gates gave me but these are no good as anyone can see over or jump over shame really he was a nice man came really quick so I don't know why he put up 4 ft I stead of 6 ft because I did say 6 ft on my request shame

Sorry Ruth but no hight was mentioned and as I bouht 5 ft lengths and not 4 ft and raised it 1/2 a ft off the ground i put it at 5.5 ft so obviously not checked the hight and no mention of taking a big old fence and gate down first and I very much under charged you .and ended up asking me for extra work wich I was happy to do, the gats where 5 ft and raised to 5.5 as the slope of the steep drive restricted the full opening of the gets.

He made contact to ask to come and quote then radio silence. We changed our Saturday to accommodate this time waster. Avoid as if this is a sign of his professionalism and behaviour, you're better off without him

Left her a message on a phone and never rang me back nothing was arranged she must be a high raight women as the phone number was a business number and the next days after that I tryed contacting her and the phone was constantly engaged. I am glad I never got a awnser always better to speak to the customer first . Wasted my time and expense.

Do not use him he is a conman who take payment for the job and I’ve never seen him again the doors he did fit before he didn’t return don’t shut correctly if I could give less than one star I would this case is now in the hands of trading standards

I have never dealt with such a aggravating dirty customer who had 4 gold labradors walking all around the house with 4 kids shouting and running around the house wyle I was trying to hang the doors and the house abserlutly stunk of dog pee and after 3 days of hanging 8 doors wich shut properly and she was very happy with I couldent go back to do 1 last door as I had 3 sets of clothes that stunk to high haven of dog waste and and coverd in dog hairs and I could even smell the house in my sleep as I had the small lingering up my nose . Snyed green in stoke what a dump!!! Never again .and even sent a 150£ back just to stop hear ringing me to come and finish the last door . For future costermers I am very good at my job and and all fittings are don with pride and quality Finnish. The dirtiest women an untidest bone idle lady I have ever got to meet she dos not deserve to live in a house no pride in her self .
