Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I believe this is a miscommunication about the initial appointment which was discussed and confirmed by your partner when I visited to block the holes the next day. You had no appointment booked for the day as I was meant to be contacted two days prior to when you wanted me to visit. I wanted to visit on the day but couldn’t make it due to other jobs but came the next door to complete the job (block holes and entry points).
