What a great experience! We were expecting challenges with our party wall (loft) and found Dominik to be so professional and calm through the whole process. RICS Valuations
An RICS Red Book Valuation is survey and valuation of a property prepared by a RICS registered valuer in accordance with the provisions of the RICS Valuation Global Standards 2021 (“The Red Book”).
All our valuations are conducted by surveyors who are RICS Registered valuers and also accredited as MRICS Chartered Surveyors. Therefore, you can be assured of our experience and commitment to upholding industry standards.
