Bill met with me as planned a couple of days after I posted the job. In fact on the day he was happy to accommodate me and come out earlier than planned since I was there beforehand. He was through with locating the source of the issue and suggesting the repairs required. Once approved the work was carried out with great efficiency and the issue resolved at a very fair and reasonable price.
