I employed PD Benkowski to undertake a major refurbishment project involving a significant structural refurbishment including full internal modernisation (including all utilities) of my newly acquired family home. The building is grade 2 listed and my wife and I recognised we needed to work with a builder who shared our determination to sensitively restore the building to its former glory whilst providing the comforts and amenities of a modern family home. I interviewed many building firms, ultimately choosing PD Benkowski, who demonstrated over the course of the project that this was an excellent decision.
