Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
•planning (if required)
•plumbed and wired (where needed)
•framed, insulated then plasterboard lined.
•plastered/taped then decorated.
•flooring and 2nd fix finishings like skirting, doors etc.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
We would normally be able to answer this with a few pictures of your loft space.

Labour only
